What are your delivery options?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Parcel, Recorded Delivery or Courier depending on weight of order.
Small items up to 100g £1.86
Parcels up to 2Kg £3.90
Parcels 2kg – 5kg £5.99
Parcels 5-10kg £7.99
Bulky items £9.80
When will my order be delivered?
We usually process orders within 4 – 6 working days (please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas or when ordering customised items.)
Once dispatched, delivery approximately takes: UK – 1-3 working days if sent via Royal Mail First Class or courier.
What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?
All of our parcels will be sent by a delivery service that requires a signature.
Most will be recorded delivery by Royal Mail.
For larger orders, or orders of a high value – Our carriers will leave a calling card if you are not in and you will be able to collect your order from the local depot or arrange a further delivery if possible.
What happens if my order is non-deliverable or goes unclaimed?
If your order is returned to us by the carrier as refused, undelivered, or unclaimed, we will contact you.
We will need to recharge the delivery costs if you want the order to be sent again.
