How do I place an order?

To order online – add your chosen products to the basket and then follow the easy checkout process to complete.

You can order via email, please send your product choices and delivery details to thedogswhiskers@mail.com

We can accept orders over the phone, unfortunately we can not accept payment over the phone to protect your security.  Payment would have to be sent by Paypal.

 

How do I redeem a discount code?

During the checkout process you can add your discount code in the promotional code box and the value will be deducted from your order.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address to my billing address?

Yes it can.

During the checkout process you have the choice to send your order to a different address, if it is more convenient, or if you would like to send a gift to someone.

We can also add delivery instructions, ie leave in porch, on the front of the parcel in case you are not available at the time of delivery (just add them to the Special Instructions Box on the basket page.)

 

How do I change an order?

You can reply to the order confirmation email to change an order.

Please note that it may not always be possible to amend an order or stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders as soon as possible.

After placing your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order.

After your order has been packed you will be sent an email to confirm that it has been dispatched.

Depending on the delivery service, you may receive an update email that includes a tracking number for your package.
