By booking this appointment you are agreeing to our booking policy.

All Deposits are NON-refundable.

You can cancel your appointment online or by phone if done so with 48 hours’ notice. (deposit still remains non-refundable)

You can reschedule your appointment to a later date ONCE only if done with 48 hours’ notice & your deposit will remain secured for your next appointment.

Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or less will be charged at 100% of service cost & will require a new deposit to book a new appointment.

No shows are charged at 100% treatment cost 

Failure of the above will result in no further bookings being made.
